Extreme Fatigue, Nausea, Fluctuation Between Diarrhea And Constipation, Stomach Fullness. History Of Anxiety. What Should Be Done?

I am EXTREMLY faqutigued I have nausea almost all the time. I go from diarrhea to constipation and feel full all the time. I am not able to really eat and feel that there is something wrong. I do have problem with anxiety bit, have been for a long time. I am just feeling like something is not right. I don t know what my next step is?

Hi,
Thanks for posting query.
You are probably suffering from irritable bowel syndrome. But please do liver functions test to exclude any pathology there. Then you can start with amitriptyline.
Consult with physician for further proper management.
