Based on the symptoms you have described, you seem to have
vertigo, most likely a benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV). In addition, you have also suffered from
syncope and now you have features of pre-syncope.
BPPV responds well to medical treatment and Epley's manoeuvre. For this, you may visit a vertigo clinic.
For the evaluation of syncope (
fainting) and pre-syncope (
lightheadedness), you may undergo HUTT (head up tilt test) under the guidance of a cardiac electrophysiologist.
