Experiencing Numbness In Face, Tightness In Shoulders And Chest, High Pulse Rate, Headache, Tingling In Arms. Why?

I am a 58 year old female. I am experiencing my face going numb. My shoulders are very tight but this is not unusual. My chest is starting to feel tight. My pulse is 88. I do not know my family history. I am all alone and don;t know what to do. I also have a very bade headache. like an elastic band is around my head. Please help me. I don't have anyone.
I also feeel tingling in my right arm.

Hi, it appears to be due to hypertension, anxiety, or arthritis of the shoulders. But cardiac problem shoud be taken care of first, as it may be due to cardiac ischemia.
So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. thank you.
