Experiencing Moderate Constant Stomach Pain

I am having a moderate constant stomach ache from over a week now. Its too uncomfortable for me. I am a girl. My age is 18+ and my weight is 46kg. Its aching all around my stomach. My moaning is not stopping. I have visited doctors 4-5 times and they say that there is nothing to worry and their paramedics are still not helping me. Heating pad or Rubbing my stomach is also not helping. Awwww my stomach. Please help me.

Hi. I am sorry you are in pain! Diagnosing you will be very difficult given your vague symptoms. I will give you my best recommendations:

-Are you constipated? Constipation can cause pain, and you can buy over-the-counter laxatives to regulate your bowels. The goal should be for at least 1 normal-caliber bowel movement per day.
-Keep a food log and a symptom log. You may be able to pin-point a trigger. If the pain occurs after meals (especially fatty meals) and the pain is in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen, this could be a sign of gall bladder disease.
-You could try taking some Peptobisol (Bismuth subsalicylate) which may make you feel better
-If you are not having bowel movements or passing gas, this is a serious sign of a potential obstruction and you should go to the ER
-Go to the ER if you notice blood in your stool or start vomiting blood
