Experiencing Burning Sensation In Stomach

On friday my stomach started to ache by the evening it felt like my stomach was on fire and it woke me up at 3am and 30 mins later i was sick it was yellow with the vegetables i'd had for dinner that evening. for the rest of the weekend my stomach has felt like it is still on fire inside but bareable.

According to your complain you have problem of burning sensation in stomach that may be because of simple indigestion problem or gastritis or other reasons.

Stress and anxiety also ruled out.
Food allergy or stomach ulcer or infection may cause this type of symptoms.

More spicy food and too fatty foods and junk foods also lead to abdominal problems.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.

Take a healthy foods, more fiber foods ,fruits, vegetables...
Avoid tea, coffe, carbonated drinks, alcohol ,spicy food........
use a yogut reduce burning sensation ...
Eat a probiotic yogut, honey....
