Excruciating Pain Due To Bulging Disc And Inflammation Of Joint. Will There Be Any Damage With Physical Therapy?
I ve been diagnosed with both a bulging disc in the L5-S1 area and an inflammation of the SI joint. The pain is excruciating i know physical therapy and disc traction are my only options but my first few sessions have been really painful. Will I do any damage to my bulging disc with PT ?
Hi Have you got any relief from physical therapy ad traction if yes continue the same. If no then need to get mri done to see the status and degree of disc prolapse because if it is damaging nerve roots it is advisable to get it removed for better results. Get well soon. Thank you.
