Hi,

Noted the history and understood your concerns.
It seems from your history that you have recently developed intolerance to certain foods as you have mentioned. This can give imbalance of the normal bacterial flora and thus the gas producing bacteria can overgrow to produce foul smelling gas.
That was not the case last year.
Another possibility that you are taking something like nuts or so that can also propagate gas producing organisms.
Hence you will have to find out the foods, beverages or additives that cause this and stop these altogether.
Also go for tests of stool and blood and if there is any evidence of an intestinal infection get a proper prescription based treatment with proper antibiotics and Metronidazole along with probiotics so that your problem may be relieved.
Ultrasonography and X-rays help to rule out any liver, gallbladder and pancreas pathology and also any evidence of gases in intestines.
Continue with fruits and cereals as these are suitable for your stomach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
