Excessive Dandruff, Dry Scalp, Itching, Wounds. Using Cefrus Lb, Antic, Kenz Lotion. Correct Medication?

hello, i am 20 years old and i am suffering from excessive dandruff and dry scalp which causes a lot of itching and hence causes wounds on my scalp. i am using the following medicines :- cefrus lb-500, antic-25, cern-5 and kenz lotion. please tell me whether they are appropriate or not and also if they have any side-effects.

It would be better if you mentioned the contents or chemical name of your drugs.
If all of your products were herbal origin then you please visit a dermatologist to perfect management of your scalp condition, Seborroeic Dermatitis.
