Hi there,
Seems like you have gastro esophageal reflux disease, this is a broad term. It would be better if you could modify your dietary intake, mostly start with high fibre diet and plenty of water, spicy and oily food intake is a big no for atleast a few weeks. There could a be a ulcer that is an erosion of the gastric mucosa ( stomach skin) which is the reason for your blood in stools. There are few things you need to do:
1 No spicy and oily food intake.
2 Start taking Tab Pantoprazole 20mg twice a day for 4 days and then once a day for next 7 days.
3 Drink plenty of water and always eat little but more frequently.
4 Meet a gastro entrologist to get a endoscopy which will give indepth detail of the cause. But the treatment would remain the same.
5 If still the symptoms persist then you can start Hpylori kit which is an antibiotic against H pylori infection.
You can ask me if you have any more doubts.
Regards,
Dr Rajesh
