Episodes Of Dizziness, High Temperature And White Spots In Vision. Nausea And Vomiting With A Headache After Getting Up.

Hi I often get these spells where I become very dizzy, my tempertaure seems elevated and see white spots in my vision . If I don t sit down and wait to regain my vision I will inevitably faint and upon getting back up I will get extreme nausea and vomit then usually a headace. At first I thought it was because I didn t eat a big enough meal, that is not the case. I would like to know what could be as the last time it lead to me fainting , I fainted in the shower with the water running.
