Episode Of Fainting Due To Acid Reflux, Normal ECG, High BP, Constant Burping, Has Tiredness And Dizziness. Suggestion?

My mother fainted at office due to acid reflux 2 days before. We did ECG and it was normal. Blood pressure was high temporarily. She was burping constantly after it. Yesterday we did sonography as suggested by family doctor. It said that liver is a little fatty and everything else in normal. Now she was feeling a little dizzy in morning and a little tired.
