Thanks for being with HCM.

Passing cloudy, itching, smelly urine ,frequent urination and bladder fullness are symptoms suggestive of urinary tract infection more likely vaginal candiadisis or urethritis.

Other infections that can be considered are :
Non-gonococcal urethritis

Get urine testing done for routine microscopy to rule out urinary tract infection, vaginal swab for KOH mount,Gram staining and Culture sensitivity.

You may need antibiotic treatment for urinary tract infection with antibiotics like cefixime or amoxacillin ,antifungal medications like fluconazol, clotrimazol, itraconazol as per the urine report.

Hope this could help you.

Wish you good health.
