Enlarged Thumb Knuckles That Crack On Their Own, Seem To Lose Causing Irregular Twisting Of Fingers. Cause Of Worry?

My lower thumb knuckles are enlarged and pointy but it doesn t hurt. I ve been cracking my knuckles for around the last 10 years since I was 7 so my hands get stiff and tired a lot and crack on there own when I don t crack them for a while. Also I ve noticed my other lower finger knuckles are kind of loose and I m able to twist my fingers out of place and I m just wondering if any of this is bad or if I don t need to worry about it

Hi,
It is not uncommon to have joints that crack. If you have no pain in your joints then there is no need to worry.
