Enlarged Lymph Nodes In Abdomen, Stomach Pain, Dizziness. On Medication For Strep Throat. Cure?

My 13 yr old daughter has had enlarged lymph nodes in her abdomen for about 3 months. She was treated for a strep infection, during this time but after treatment they remain enlarged. She is still complaining of stomach pain and now is having dizzy spells. She has had 2 ultrasounds done but we are still not sure of the cause.

8. Detailed report of ultrasound report?
Pain can be there due to a number of causes like ureteric colic, urine infection, etc. Hence the information is required.
