Enlarged lymph nodes in abdomen, stomach pain, dizziness. On medication for strep throat. Cure?

My 13 yr old daughter has had enlarged lymph nodes in her abdomen for about 3 months. She was treated for a strep infection, during this time but after treatment they remain enlarged. She is still complaining of stomach pain and now is having dizzy spells. She has had 2 ultrasounds done but we are still not sure of the cause.

Thank you for your query.

You mentioned that your daughter has stomach pain, dizzy spells and has had two ultrasounds. It will be helpful if you provide the following information to give you further guidance:
1. How long has the pain been there?
2. How long does the pain last?
3. How would you describe the pain - spasmodic, constant, etc.?
4. What are of the abdomen is affected?
5. Relationship of dizzy spells and abdomen pain?
6. Report of stool examination?
7. Report of urine examination?
8. Detailed report of ultrasound report?
Pain can be there due to a number of causes like ureteric colic, urine infection, etc. Hence the information is required.

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction.

Wishing your daughter an early recovery.
