What kind of foods should a patient with hepatosplenomegaly eat or don t eat,this is a patient with an enlarged liver and would like to know what foods you would recommend

It depends on the exact cause of hepatomegaly. it can be caused by liver or spleen primary disorders ,by heamtologic disorder or something third. Generally it should be easier food. you should avoid alcohol,coffee, smoking, fried food, hepatotoxic drugs. and eat more fruit vegetables and boiled food.
