Emphysema, High Blood Pressure And High Heart Rate. Treatment?
I have a blood pressure reading of 186 over 96 and 101 heart rate. All this at rest, I have emphsima and I noticed my o2 level goes up and down with the heart rate.

For high blood pressure u have to take antihypertensives like amlodipine or telmisartan.
For emphysema first do a pulmonary function test. It can stage ur disease and treatment will be guided by the stage of ur emphysema or COPD.
Connsult a Pulmonologist for ur emphysema.
For high heart rate do an ECG to diagnose whether it is a simple sinus tachycardia or anything else. Then cosult a Cardiologist.
