Electrical Sensations Radiating From Sternum Into Face

I am having mild electrical sensations radiating from my sternum upward into my face . They only last seconds, but there is a brief period where i feel as though I will pass out. What is this?

thanks for choosing health care majic.This could be result of irritation of never in that area.Nerves when get irritated due to any reason gives rise to increase in sensation over the area that it is supplying.If the problem is not very frequent you may ignore this or else see your doctor.
