hi my name is XXXXXX me from XXXXX my age is 23. me mostly eating fast food and chiken and avoid vegitale and fruitesd now i feel my health is not well then i go to lebatory and taking test lipid profile and the resuts is cholestrol:310 , triglyceride :355 , hdl: 26 , ldl :160 please tell me what i do i am very worry i shall be very thankful to u

hello...you have an abnormal lipid profile due to your poor lifestyle..you need start going for brisk walks daily for 1 hour, eat high fiber foods like fruits, nuts , salads, sprouts, oats, jowar, brown rice etc..avoid fried, processed and junk foods like pizzas and burgers..reduce egg yolk and red meat intake..have fish oil capsules daily to reduce cholesterol..drink 2-3 cups of green tea...dint stress.. be calm and positive..
