hello...you have an abnormal lipid profile due to your poor lifestyle..you need start going for brisk walks daily for 1 hour, eat high fiber foods like fruits, nuts , salads, sprouts, oats, jowar, brown rice etc..avoid fried, processed and junk foods like pizzas and burgers..reduce egg yolk and red meat intake..have fish oil capsules daily to reduce cholesterol..drink 2-3 cups of green tea...dint stress.. be calm and positive..
