EGD Done. Suggestions?

Had an EGD done and the following was noted. On the second one, it seems like it's two different sentences that were mistakenly put together, but not sure.

1 - Grade 1 esophagitis in the gastroesophageal junction compatible with mild distal esophagitis

2 - Erythema in the stomach compatible with non-erosive gastritis second part of the duodenum

Radiologist, Nuclear Medicine 's  Response
As it appears from the report these are 2 different conditions though the symptoms may appear to be same
This may be differential diagnosis given by your Doctor if you underwent ECG for chest pain etc.
Hope you understand
Need not worry
with proper treatment the same can be controlled
Thanks
