what is a right time to take a heavy meal in a day for female ? sir / madam am very under weight married women wants to gain a weight !! so what will be the right time to take a heavy meal , evening or afternoon
hello... there is no right time to take heavy meal to gain weight.. you need to change your entire lifestyle pattern..join a gym for weight training exercises to increase muscle mass, have meals every 2-3 hours little more than your appetite..have high protein foods like eggs, chicken, fish, sprouts, paneer, tofu etc..and high carb foods like bananas, rice, potatoes etc..you can have dry fruit milkshakes, peanut butter sandwich, skin milk powder in milkshakes etc..you can also take a weigth gainer supplement available in sports supplement shop..

gaining weight has to be systematic,first of all calculate your ideal weight , take your height in cms minus 100 ,that would be your ideal weight in kg.
i would also suggest you deworm yourself, it will surly help. also get your hemoglobin tested.if anemic go to general physician.
