Dull pain upper center area below the Xiphoid Process. Symptoms presented after eating an East Indian meal. The consumption was excessive and rushed at lunch time. Diarrhea less than 1/2 hour after lunch and then bloating followed, with a dull ache through out the afternoon over a 4 hour period. Pepto-Bismo 30 mls taken and then after 1 hour vomited. Purged stomach contents of the lunch. Not all that was consumed was purged only the spicy portion. Alka-Seltzer taken 1/2 hour later and also purged. Stomach contents purged contained the Alka-Seltzer and water and some traces of lunch. Pain resides on positions. Burping is fowl and unpleasant. 48 year old male Dx Hypertension - Losartin SID 10 mg. High Triglycerides - Gimfibrazole 600mg BID. Temperature feel normal no jaundice no nausea mostly discomfort. Pain has recently resided as well as the bloating. Question: R/O 1. Gall Stone 2. Indigestion 3. Gastritis.
