Dry Flakes On Scalp. Is This Dandruff And How To Treat This?

Hello Doctor,
I ve Got this Strange Hair Problem, if i scratch my head some small particles fall from my hair. I'm Not Sure if that is dandruff. After Bath it's Not there but as day progresses and as my head get dry these particles start to fall if i scratch my head.
Is there Any medication that I should Follow In order to Stop these ?
It is Very Depressing and at Times I'm Not able to concentrate on my work.

Hello dear,

The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to Dandruff.
It occurs due to:
1. Fungal infection
2. Increased proliferation of skin of scalp.

Management includes:
1. Application of noskurf lotion on your scalp at night before sleep.
2. Washing your scalp with sebowash shampoo in the morning.

You will get good relief within a month.
So, kindly consult your Dermatologist & get the medications.
Till then, maintain adequate hydration & nutrition status, avoid stress, exercise regularly & practice meditation.
