Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
For infection on your cheek you should continue FLUCLOX and FUCIDIN cream.
Dry skin is a common problem we facing now.
Before suggest you anything for dryness i need to know your--age, sex, occupation, average temperature and humidity of your atmosphere, types of moisturizer u use and how long you facing this type of dryness.
You could consult/ visit a dermatologist for details of dry skin.
Regards.

Hi..dear thomas..,
Thanks for choosing HCM..,
Frequent washes of the face and applying different .,
type of creams will lead to dryness of the face..,
So face is constantly exposure to the environment.,
with climacteric conditions, soap and meicaments will .,
increase the problem further..,
Hence stop all creams and soaps.,
Only use low Ph soap or nosoap lequids for washing..,
Orally take Tab Doxycycline 100 mg daily for 15 days..,
1% Clindamycin cream topically daily morning times.,
Momentasone (ELOCON) in night times.,
