Hello and welcome to HCM,
The drawing up of the lips appears to be unrelated to orange drink.
What was the result of the test for diabetes mellitus? Was the blood glucose levels raised or within normal limits?
Diabetes mellitus is also associated with tingling sensation.
However, the tingling sensation is initially experienced in lower limb.
Vitamin B 12 deficiency is also associated with tingling sensation.
You can get a test for vitamin B 12 deficiency.

thanks and take care
