Dose Soy Isoflavones Cause Breast Cancer?

My sister just received a mammogram report that is suspicious. Will follow up with a 2nd mammogram and if again ? will go straight to an MRI. This will take place on March 18. She is a long-term user of Estroven, not estrogen, a natural supplement. My ? Is there any possibility that the soy isoflavones may have cause this suspicious mammogram that may be cancerous. She underwent surgery for Basel cell cancer on forehead and nose in 2013. My baby sister also had Basel cell cancer and in 2010 underwent breast CA in situ and will be in remission come June 2015. Any thoughts or information I can share. Thank you.

Soy products contain higher estrogen content. Estrogen is implicated in breast. Though there are no well controlled studies on Soy products and breast cancer, prolonged consumption is not advisable.
Regarding suspicious lesion on mammogram, it would be advisable to go for ultrasound guided FNAC of the suspicious lesion instead of waiting. This would allay all the fears instead of waiting with suspicion in mind.
