my father 80 years old,now his blood urea 340,creatinine 11.6,potassium 11.5 &sodium 141.2.plz help me what iam do now 06 6

As his blood urea ,serum creatinine and potassium are high,please consult a Nephrologist immediately.
He needs Dialysis.
It is Emergency.
Wish him good health and speedy recovery
