Does Yeast Infection Causes Sticky Clear To Yellow Discharge And Itchiness And Peeling In Penis?

I am a 30 year old female with PCOS and I think that I might have a yest infection. I am on birth control, anti depression medicine 20mg,and asthma inhaler if needed. I have doing ok but sometimes it itches and now my husband it peeling on his penis is it a yest infection? I have sticky clear to yellow discharge?
