Does Weak Erection And Sperm Discharge At Odd Times Refer To Premature Ejaculation?

This is a boy 26 years old, sir since long time i feel whenever i got thougts in my mind or any kind of feeling of adulcy some transparent sticky matter starts comming from my penis, without no erection and seems it going to discharge in a while in semi erectile condiition. If in that condition i even touched my penis it actually get discharged sometimes in soft erection.
Is this called as spermatorrhea?
Second thing is this sir sometimes when i mastrubate i get discharge in seconds which can be called as 3 - 4 strokes. Is this condition called as (premature ejaculation) i am unmarried.
One thing i noticed earlier my penis erection was fine but nowadays it becomes smaller infact a very low erection which seems size differ
Sir plz some homepathic medicines for this conndition.

I understand that you are quite worried about your sexual problem. The transparent fluid discharge from your penis when you are sexually aroused is called "pre-ejaculatory fluid" or "pre-seminal fluid". This is normal when someone gets sexually aroused.

However, the problem of semen discharge occuring very quickly during masturbation, is called premature ejaculation. Often, this problem can be due to excessive anxiety, known as performance anxiety. You also mention that you have a problem with your erection.

Now, the first and most important step in management of these sexual problem is proper evaluation. This will include a detailed medical, sexual, personal and social history, a thorough physical examination and certain investigations, as per the necessity. Only if the cause is identified correctly, appropriate treatment can be given. I suggest that you visit a Sexologist in your place for a detailed evaluation and further treatment.
