Does Watery Ejaculation Indicate Infertility?

Me and my Fiance are trying to get pregnant, so far without luck. I've been checked out to make sure that i'm fertile, but he has yet to get checked out. I was wondering if it might have anything to do with him having a watery ejaculation.

Hi,

No! The liquid of the ejaculate is produced in your prostate, the semen in your testicles. So the texture of the liquid is independent from the sperm production and quality. It has the tendency to change its texture dependent on many external and internal factor without clinical significance.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Alexander Davis, General & Family Physician
