Does Vitamin Deficiency Cause Lumps In Lower Leg?

Hi, I'm a 46 year old female and about 6 months ago I noticed a lump on my lower right leg. It gradually got smaller within about 2 months and went away but it left a slight indent. I also had one on the left leg, at the knee, on the left side of my leg. It was very sore all the time but it is gone now. I have noticed another on the back of my calf on both legs, the skin is a little red and they are sore at times but they itch. They both seem to be getting smaller, as the others did. My lower left leg is swollen a little and has been for a couple of weeks. Could this be the result of a vitamin defiencency? I have become addicted to cottage cheese, it's about the only thing i eat and I know it doesn't have many vitamins in it.
Thank you,
Debbie
Please let me know what it could be.

Hi, Thanks for query to My HCM virtual Clinic.
I studied all details of your query.
Your query information is insufficient and confusing to comment on the nature of the lump on the legs.
In this background I would suggest to consult your ER Surgeon to check up the itchy lumps with swelling in left leg.
Going by the limited facts, In My Opinion you seem to have problem of Varicose Veins with ?DVT,which needs to be investigated by Doppler study of your veins.
-Second opinion from your family doctor and Surgeon would rule out any vitamin deficiency ,which I don't think it exists in your case.

-Control on your cottage cheese as it aggravates Varicosity due to increase weight and intra-abdominal fat and pressure, causing flare up of the lower leg lumps,as located in your case.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Don't forget to hit thanks and write excellent review comments to help needy visitors at HCM.
Welcome for any further query in this regards.
