Like all medicines even via ananas has few side effects like increased frequency of stools;disturbances in absorption of multivitamins;nausea;pain in abdomen and even in rectum;anorexia;palpitation;allergic rash etc to name a few.It is better to avoid the use in 14 yr old instead if you need to reduce the weight of the girl better let her do exercises like swimming;jogging;skipping which will reduce the weight as well as make her fit.
