Does Vemma, The Adult Formula Provide All The Nutrient Supplements?
If I take and supplement with Vemma , the adult formula, am i getting every required vitamin amd mineral recommended by Doctors abraod the US and within the origin of the laws set as is, that are guided by FDA, and if so would it be right to say that everyone should take a similiar step of supplementation, to intake a required dosage? I am a 35 year old male, with no know side affects or food allergies. I have had no signs of a mayjor or minor illness discovered, or diagnoisis.

I would say Vemma is ok but not the best.It contains cyanocobalamin which is the cheap form of B12 vit.It contains only 2500UI of vitA.
Im looking at the label and i see it doesent contain Chromium which is an essential mineral for human nutrition and aids in the normal function of insulin.
If you want my opinion i would suggest u Paradise Herbs, ORAC-Energy, Earth's Blend, One Daily Superfood Multivitamin.
Is 100% vegetarian. Capsule are from vegetable material and has no fillers, binders or common allergens. It contains Vitamin B-12 as Methylcobalamin which is the active and more expensive form of B12. It contains Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene)5000 IU.You can find it in 2 forms with and without iron.
