General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I understand your concern.

You seem to have bacterial vaginosis/vaginal candidiasis.
This infection are treatable by vaginal antifungal suppository like clotrimazole or oral antibiotics like flagyl for 7 days.
The complications are more likely around the birth when there can be premature labour, low birth weight baby or passing of infection to baby.
So,you must complete the antibiotic course as prescribed by your gynaecologist.
Maintain genital hygiene and refrain from sexual intercourse.

Hope this information helps.
Wish you good health.
