Does Tiredness And Tightness Of Muscles Refer To Sleep Apnea?

I had a sleep study that showed an ECG abnormality in stage 4 sleep but did not show sleep apnea. I often am very tired and have pain and tightness in most of my muscles. I have PCOS and fatty liver disease but the PCOS has been since I was a teenager. I was not overweight until I was about 25 but now I am (5 10 and 210) Could my pain be related to the sleep issue? and what could the sleep issue be? I have a big family history of heart disease in non-obsese people.

It is unlikely that any ECG abnormality noted during sleep would explain generalized pain and tiredness. The ECG abnormalities that are commonly seen during sleep studies are extra beats (PVC or PAC). Your doctor can run some tests on your heart to make sure that these are representative of something more serious.
