Does The Urine Test Show That I Am Taking Prescribed Medicines?

Had a urine test done and the lab says 1290 for hydrocodone. I take 10/325 -4 xday Does this show that I am taking my meds as prescribed? I am a 58 year old female weight 114 lbs and 5ft.6in. Have stents in heart,COPD, CADD, osteoporosis, and hnp. Please let me know if this proves I am taking my meds. thank you
