Does The Tingling Sensation In My Limbs Need Immediate Medical Attention?

I am a 31y/o female & I am obese. For about a week, I have had a tingling feeling in my left side of my arm Today I started to have some tingling in my right forearm and hand. both legs down from knee feeling tingling sensation & feet and back of head [occipital region ] I know I am at high risk for a stroke or heart attack, but I am so scared to go to the ER to see what is wrong. Someone please help me.....

first you relax,no need to worry about it. you consult neurologist .you have to go for CT scan once.your report will show to neurophysician or neurologist.you talk about physiotherapy treatment with doctor,start physiotherapy treatment.
