Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Passage of kidney stones depends upon many factors such as stone size, size of prostrate in males, previous history of any stone passage.
As per a 7.5 mm stone in your left kidney, this would not pass through urine as size of stone is large. Slight movement of stone in kidney could be possible, but chances of this stone to be passed in urine are very Rare. Your doctor has prescribed you medicines for pain relief & stabilizing the condition.
If the stone still remains symptomatic or causes pain then lithotripsy would be advised. It is a treatment using ultrasound shock waves, by which a kidney stone or other calculus is broken into small particles that can be passed out by the body. Alternatively surgical removal of kidney stone could also be done, if your doctor feels success of lithotripsy is low.

Refer to a Urologist
Hope this information helps
