Hello,
Action of JALRA ( VIDAGLIPTIN ) is independent of the action of insulin and has no connection with lowering the effect of inj insulin.Your high post meal blood sugar levels after use of short acting insulin is due to the less dose of insulin.Once the dose is increased, post meal blood sugar levels would be controlled.
Thanks
