Does The Chest Xray Indicate Any Serious Problem?

Hi Dr. I had a PA chest xray few days ago. Nothing abnormal was found in the lung. But, the radiologist report says that cardiothorax ratio is bigger than normal. Aortic arch is prominent and humping to the right? I am 53 years old. All parameters in the blood test are normal too. My blood pressure is also normal (12/8 or 12/7). My height is 158 cm and my weight is 70kgs. I play soccer once a week for about 90 minutes. Do I have a serious problem?

Welcome to HCM.
If you have no any problem then there is no need to worry.
But further cardiac check up is necessary to rule out any cardiac enlargement.
Go for ECHO and if required angiography for further cardiac check up.
Otherwise continue your current schedule.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
