Hello dr, i have hair fall nearly four years. i consulted two skin doctors. they said i have andro genic aloepaecia.. four months back i went for scalp scanning. The scan result is my hair follicles are dormant. so i will not get any hair from those dead follicles. moreover my hair unhealthy but the hair fall doesnt stop. as days go on it is being aggrevated. One doctor prescribed Q-sera lotion and asome vitamin tablets. vr planning to have kids. if i start applying q - sera lotion will it affect my chances of conceiving. once i start using the lotion in between can i stop. if so what will be the consequences. is there any treatment to regenerate my hair follicles. pl help
