Does The CT Scan Result Shows That There Is Cancer In Liver Now?

I just had another ct scan, report say the liver show a punctate right lobe 5mm.i've also had a wedge removal of leuft lung in oct and it was stage 1 carcimoa at same time there was a 4mm mass in right lung.does this mean there is cancer in liver now.i'm also a big weight lose weight 100 pounds now.

Ct scan may be nonspecific for lesions smaller than 5mm and in this case, MRI scan should be done for better evaluation especially if there was history of other cancer. ALSO, PET scan would be better option.
