Does Taking Antibiotics And Blood Thinners Cause Changes In Skin Colour?

I was hospitalized in 2008 for a severe uti. I received IV antibiotics and daily injections of a blood thinner for a week. I immediately saw a change in the skin on my forearms and lower legs. My skin in those areas have become very wrinkled. I have a red and purple rash on my legs. The skin also burns and itches. My forearms itch as well. When scratched, blood appears under the skin. Also when skin is broken, it bleeds more than usual. I am a 57 yr old female.
