Hi, Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum. I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.
As a physician I would like to assure you that these are not symptoms of Tramadol passed to your baby through breastmilk. As tramadol passed through breastmilk is very low amount. I would advise you to take it immediately before or immediately after breastfeeding as It's levels in your blood reaches to peak in 2 hours.
Also further I would like you to suggest that you should not take medications while breastfeeding without consultation with your physician as many medication could have adverse effect on babies. Also if the episodes of vomiting and diarrhea continues you should consult a pediatrician for your baby.
Thanks for Trusting & Posting your Query on this forum. Hope this will help you. Feel free to ask any further question. Have a nice Day.
Regards, Dr.Abhijeet
