Does Taking Sysron During Pregnancy Affect The Fetus?

Hi my name is priya i would like to know that i m pregnant but i have sysron tablet twice a day for 7 days, i completed the sysron course day b4 yesterday... that time i dont know that i was pregnant ...now i wanted to keep this baby... but i m not sure that does sysron tablet affect baby growth or my body...which will be harmful for my baby..please suggest
