General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Age, gender, dose of prescribed medication, etc not mentioned. Ramipril is an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor commonly prescribed to treat high blood pressure. It is well tolerated by most of our patients, however its common side effects include dry cough, swelling of the lips or eyelids, and increased serum potassium level. It is not known to cause dizziness or more pain while suffering from Meniere disease or lumbar disc problems. Hence, it may be taken as prescribed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
