Does Taking Pyrilamine Maleate Cause False Positive Result For Benzo?

I take an OTC Equate Menstrual Cramp Complete when my cycle comes on. Can this cause me to test positive for Benzo? I do take other prescription meds, but non are associated with narcotics or Benzos. Can the Pyralimina Meleate cause me to have a false positive for Benzo?

Equate Menstrual Complete contains acetaminophen, caffeine and pyrilamine maleate that is used in the treatment of cramps, backache, headache, fever, fatigue etc. Acetaminophen is a pain reliever as well as a fever reducer and caffeine is a natural central nervous system stimulant. On the other hand, Pyrilamine maleate is an antihistamine that is used in the treatment of common cold, flu or allergy and their associated symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, itching, sneezing, sinus congestion etc. This OTC medication Equate Menstrual Complete Caplets can cause false positive result for Benzodiazepine.
