Does Taking Postinor-2 After Unprotected Intercourse Cause No Periods?

Hello, I had unprotected sex while I was expecting my period in few days then I used postinor2 a day after the sex, I have not seen my period but I have fuller breast and a have cramps on and off and am breastfeeding a 9 month does it mean am pregnant

Emergency contraception is effective if used soon after intercourse, particularly if used within a 24 hour period.

This means that it is not likely that you are pregnant though you can confirm this with a pregnancy test.
Pregnancy tests can be done 11 to 14 days after conception.

It is possible that the postinor is causing the delay in the periods. Emergency contraception can affect the timing and nature of the periods.
