Does Taking Hyponidd Prescribed For Irregular Periods Help In Conception?

Hi I 27 yes I m having problem of irregular periods.I only see period if I have contraceptive pills. Ultrasound report has shown foccille cyst of 10 mm in my ovary. Now doctor had given me hyponidd and norgest.does hyponidd helps me to get pregnant. Please give me suggestion I m vary much worried about my future
