Does Taking Flonase And Benadryl Cause Swollen And Painful Ankle?

I started taking flonase several days ago along with Benadryl allergy to help with my snoring and head congestion which usually occurs in the morning. I take these at night before bedtime. Anyway the past few days my right ankle is swollen and extremely painful when i walk. it acts like a tendon or ligament is tight. Could this be associated with taking Flonase and Benadryl?
