Does Taking Coricidin While On Warfarin And Sotalol Cause Any Drug Interactions?
I take warfarin and sotolol for my heart. I have a bad sinus infection from allergies and it has settled in my chest. A very bad cough has caused my head to hurt and throb very bad. Someone suggested taking coricidin for my symptoms. Would this medication interfere with my heart medications. I cannot take any over the counter meds because of stimulants. My heart is very sensitive to most medications.

Coricidin (combination of acetaminophen and chlorpheniramine). Neither Acetaminophen nor Chlorpheniramine is known to have any drug interaction with either Warfarin or Sotalol.
